Access

Two paths. One substrate.

Access is decided at the edge by your identity. Verified bots transact at the published tariff without enrolment; token-holders transact under contract.

Path I

Verified-bot.

If your crawler is verified at the edge, no enrolment is required. Begin requests at the published tariff. Settlement is taken at delivery.

  • A registered crawler user-agent.
  • A published, verifiable bot identity.
  • Outbound requests from declared address ranges.
  • Compliance with /robots.txt and the published rate ceilings.

Path II

x402 token.

Token enrolment is currently invite-only for the first sixty days of operation. Open an application at /token-program. The form is an application, not a checkout.

  • A named operator and a named technical contact.
  • A jurisdiction of incorporation.
  • A declared ingestion target and projected packaging volume.
  • Acceptance of the published verification protocol.

Window

The first sixty days are invite-only.

The token program opens to applications during a published window. Verified-bot access is open from the first day.

The substrate is new. The token program admits operators in the order their applications complete review, with priority given to applicants who declare a single ingestion target and a clear schedule. The window is a procedural device, not a scarcity strategy; it exists so that the substrate’s coherence can be tuned to real load before the program is fully opened.
