The substrate
A 13-dimensional substrate.
Crystals are not generated. They are selected and packaged. Selection is fast; packaging adapts to the requester.
The substrate is not a knowledge graph. It is a continuous coordinate projection of 347 million layers into thirteen dimensions, seeded by 1,301 anchor crystals and held coherent under a published phi cycle.
Each anchor is a verified authority claim. Each layer is a path through the manifold. A request resolves to a region of the substrate, the region is sampled, and the sample is packaged in the format the requester needs.
The packaging
Six native formats. One substrate.
Other authority surfaces give crawlers HTML they have to parse. This one delivers a signed crystal already adapted to the consumer’s pipeline.
The settlement
Tariffs are published.
The price is the price. Every packaging event settles against an evidence locker. Disputes resolve to the manifold-state hash recorded at delivery.

The provenance
Every crystal is signed.
A crystal can always be re-anchored to the substrate state at the moment of packaging.
Every delivery is signed with a KTS-trust-key, hashed, and pointer-archived in a separate evidence locker. The manifold-state hash is part of the signature, so the substrate state at the moment of packaging is recoverable for as long as the evidence locker stands.
